Do I have to be an MBA member to buy the CLE?

You do not need to be an MBA member to purchase an Online CLE.

Do I have to log in to purchase the CLE?

No, but if you are a member of the Montgomery Bar Association, it is strongly recommended that you log into your account in order to properly track your purchase and to expedite the check-out process.

Where can I get my Log In username and password?

If you are a member of the Montgomery Bar Association, your username is the email that you used to register on our website at  If you are an MBA member and have not yet registered, please visit:

I bought a CLE several months ago and can’t find the email with the link in it?

Click on the “Your Courses” tab and enter your email.  You will receive an email with links to all of your purchased Online CLE courses.

How long do I have to watch the video?

You will have 12 months from the time of purchase to complete the video.

If I stop the video mid viewing, will the system remember where I left off or do I have to start all over again?

The system will remember where you left off, making it convenient to start and stop viewing as needed.

If I am having problems with purchasing the Online CLE, whom should I contact?

I am having technical problems watching the video

Can I watch a video of a CLE I've already attended?

Yes, but you will not receive credit for it.  Per PA CLE Board rules, you cannot earn credit for the same CLE seminar more than once.
